About the Product
Jarrah Honey TA35+ is our everyday grade — single-origin honey from the Jarrah forests of Western Australia. TA35 is this batch's independently lab-measured Total Activity rating, printed on the jar together with its batch code; look up any jar on our Lab Results page to confirm its grade and harvest date. Package weight: 500g. Raw honey, no added sugar.
What are the benefits?
- Dark amber, thick in texture, with the caramel-forward finish Jarrah honey is known for — an approachable entry point into the TA range, tested to the same standard as our TA44+ and TA55+ jars.
- Naturally crystallises at cool room temperature, a sign of raw, unheated honey rather than a fault — stand the jar in warm (not boiling) water to re-liquefy.
- Store away from sunlight at room temperature; no refrigeration needed. Use a dry spoon and reseal tightly. Expiry is printed on the jar.
How do I use it?
- A spoonful in place of refined sugar, stirred into tea or coffee once it's cooled from boiling to protect its natural character, or spread over toast, yogurt or oats.
- A good everyday jar for the household, and the grade most first-time customers start with.
